At A&E, we understand that client needs and aspirations are central to successful design.
We view client satisfaction as the primary measure of our work. Ever sensitive to the client, we listen to client
needs, discuss choices, review concepts, and establish budgets and schedules - then translate wants and needs into
physical forms and spaces. Clients are informed, involved, and in control of project direction.

In building development, we combine exceptional skills in communication, analysis, and design
to create architectural solutions appropriate for the client, site, and intended building use. Our work is neither
trendy, nor tired, nor out of place. Rather, we seek fresh, thought-provoking, timeless looks that meet the needs of
building owners and users. We are style-conscious, but not tied to any single building style, and we use both
conventional and new materials innovatively.

Value in process and product at A&E is a constant. Process value results from detailed
work scoping, ongoing owner/team communication, thorough recordkeeping, budget and schedule oversight, team
motivation and direction, project peer review, and internal value engineering. Product value results from
careful staff and project team selection, continual project/team oversight, design skill, high production
standards for project drawings, and appropriate construction quality.
All construction drawings produced under our direction are clear, accurate, concise, uniform, and complete -
and objectively checked by a company principal or selected architect not intimately involved with the project.
All architects produce drawings on workstations on our PC-based CADD system with AutoCAD software. Consultants
must have compatible systems and meet our high standards for drawing quality.
Ultimately, value is client-defined and project-specific, a combination of design excellence and client satisfaction.
